Registration

Welcome to the registration process for the Work Shield portal. Below are the steps to register:

Registering as a Filer

  1. Click on the "Register" button on the Work Shield portal login (opens in a new tab) page.
  2. Complete the registration process.
  3. After successfully logging in, you will be directed to the Incidents page.

Registering as a Client Administrator

  1. Receive a registration link from the Work Shield Team via email.
  2. Click on the link provided to access the client intake form.
  3. Complete the form and submit.
  4. You will receive login credentials via email.
  5. Use the provided credentials to log in.
  6. Upon successful login, you will be directed to the Dashboard page.

Registering as an Investigator or Work Shield Administrator

  1. Await an invitation from Work Shield.
  2. Ensure to use your Work Shield email when logging in.
  3. Follow the instructions provided in the invitation email to login.
