Changing Authentication Phone Number

To update your authentication phone number, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Work Shield account.
2. Click on the dropdown arrow located on the top right corner next to your name.
3. Select "My Account" from the dropdown menu.
4. You will be redirected to your profile options.
5. Navigate to the "Two Factor Authentication" section and update your phone number as needed.
6. Click "Save" to change your password.

Changing Password

To update your password, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Work Shield account.
2. Click on the dropdown arrow located on the top right corner next to your name.
3. Select "Change My Password" from the dropdown menu.
4. You will be redirected to the password update page.
5. Enter your current password and then enter your new password.
6. Click "Save" to change your password.

Your authentication phone number and password should now be updated.
