Reopening a Client Internal Review Incident

Overview

Incidents that were previously closed during the Client Internal Review stage can be reopened by Primary and Secondary users if additional review is needed.

Reopening an Incident

To reopen a closed Client Internal Review incident:

  • Navigate to the closed incident you would like to reopen.
  • Click on the vertical three dots (⋮) action menu associated with the incident.
  • Select "Reopen".

The incident will move back to the Client Internal Review status and will be available for further internal review.

Important Notes

  • Only Primary and Secondary users have access to reopen incidents in this stage.
  • Once reopened, the incident can be reviewed and updated as needed.
